Config files - select to which server to copy

In the case where a config file is to be used at building time for specific(s) server(s), the only way to achieve this is to use the “Upload this file to all current and future servers?” flag. However by using this flag, the file will be uploaded to the server, no matter what.

This can cause security issues if the config file contains secrets and can be accessed with a browser.

It would be quite useful to be able to flag a file to be used only in the build pipeline but still be able to chose for which server to use this file.

I will create another feature request for preventing a config file to be uploaded no matter what.
